My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms had a horrible smell from previous guests, with soft beds and issues like a non-working door deadbolt and inadequate washcloth provision. On a positive note, the hotel's location above the front desk was convenient, but changing rooms for a better one wasn't seamless. The service was outstanding, with quick and friendly staff, although there was a negative experience involving an individual with Autism. The dining options were limited and not up to par, and the facilities had both positives and negatives.
